The Battlefield franchise is a series of award-winning computer and console games that started with the Windows/Mac game Battlefield 1942. The series is developed by the Swedish company EA Digital Illusions CE, and published by Electronic Arts. The games feature a greater focus on large maps and vehicle warfare than traditional first person shooters. The PC games in the series are mainly focused on online multiplayer. Join armed forces of United States,United Kingdom, Japan, Germany or Russia, and battle up to 63 of your friendsonline. Have access to up to twenty different authentic weapons.Control any of the 30+ vehicles over land, on water, or in air. Combat takesplace in four theatres; South Pacific, North Africa, and Eastern and WesternEurope. Have epic battles with up to 64 players on the same map, or honeyour skills in single-player mode against AI bots.
